Early to mid 1900s, American, from the Globe or Globe Wernicke Co, Cincinnati OH. Rare commercial/government series bookcase, very well built with closed sectional cases, six pieces in all including base, three 12" bookcases, one 10" bookcase, and top. All parts highly figured quarter sawn oak, with paneled sides, in very good original condition with labeled top and Post Office Dept inventory tags (removable). Top case with some damage to right side bottom corner, pictured.
