Antique Globe Wernicke 299 S Corner Barrister Bookcase

Early 1900s, American, by the Globe Wernicke Company, Cincinnati OH. Twelve piece sectional bookcase, style 299 (quarter sawn/tiger oak, rich finish, oxidized brass hardware). Very rare corner bookcase, with one full size bookcase (right side) and rare 3/4 S size bookcase (left side). Also includes rare drawer bases, beveled glass, and banded fitted corner pieces, which are often lost to time. Pieces include two drawer bases, two 12.25" bookcases, two 10.25" bookcases, four 8.5" bookcases, and matching corner tops. In very good to excellent original condition, including original finish, bands, and labels to all pieces. Right side bottom case has likely had glass replaced with a non beveled pane at some point in the past. Overall dimensions below.
