Antique Globe Wernicke 299 Triple Bookcases
Early 1900s, American, from the Globe Wernicke Co, Cincinnati OH. Three matching bookcases, all size D, style 299 (quarter sawn/tiger oak with oxidized brass hardware). Three graduated seven piece bookcases, each including base, one 12.25" bookcase, one 10.25" bookcase, three 8.5" bookcases, and top. 21 pieces in total. Bookcase dimensions are interior height, all bookcases are 9.5" deep. In overall good to very good condition, with some scattered finish loss, particularly to one top, water rings to one bookcase bottom, and liquid damage to another bottom/label.
Each book case measures 34w x 12 x 68.25h
Side by side they are 102w x 12d x 68.25h.
As with all Globe banded bookcases, they can be locked to each others sides using the bands.
