Early 1900s, American, from the Globe Wernicke Co, Cincinnati OH. Quartersawn oak sectional or stacking file cabinet, in the 299 style (quarter sawn oak with brass oxidized hardware). Seven pieces total, starting from the bottom, including 1 leg base, 2 standard drawer sections, 1 legal blank/map file section, 1 pigeon hole drawer section, 1 barrister bookcase section, and 1 top. All drawers include removable dividers. In overall very good to excellent condition. Includes original finish, hardware and glass to the bookcase section. All sides are paneled and figuring of the quartersawn oak is excellent. Top with some light wear and possibly refinished in the past. Dimensions below for overall piece.
