Circa 1930s, American, maker unknown, shelf hardware marked Garcy, of Chicago IL. Solid birch, with a medium mahogany stain. Matching twin sectional barrister bookcases, four pieces each including base, large bookcase section with adjustable shelves, small upper bookcase section and top. In overall very good condition, including original shelf and door hardware, brass cup pulls, and glass. Very solid and well made, with similar construction methods as Globe Wernicke/Macey/etc.
Bottom and top bookcases are 10.75" deep, top bookcase is 11.6" high. Bottom middle shelves fully adjustable in height or can be removed.
